Returns & Exchanges: The Art of Revision

  • Return & Exchange Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags, protective covers, and dust bags attached.
  • Initiation Required: All returns and exchanges must be initiated by contacting our Customer Service team first.
  • Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Upon receiving your RMA number and instructions:

  • Securely repack the item(s) in all original packaging, including boxes and dust bags.
  • Include a copy of your original packing slip or invoice inside the package.
  • Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Packages without an RMA may face significant delays.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Ship your package to the provided Boston address using a traceable and insured courier service (we recommend DHL, FedEx, or your national postal service with tracking). We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Step 4: Processing & Resolution

Once received at our Boston studio, we will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days.

  • For Returns: Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • For Exchanges: Your replacement will be shipped promptly upon approval. If out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

Refund Timeline & Method

  1. Processing Time: We initiate the refund within 3-5 business days of inspection approval.
  2. Bank/Card Processing: After we process it, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

To maintain the integrity, hygiene, and performance of our specialized collections, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Rain Hats: Due to specialized water-resistant treatments and materials, these items cannot be accepted back for hygiene and performance assurance reasons.
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during a promotional final sale event.
  • Items that show signs of wear, are not in their original condition, or are missing tags or original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
