Shipping Regions: We ship globally but are currently unable to ship to select remote regions and parts of Asia. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs delays or other import procedures are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

• Costs: Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
• Refund Timeline: Processed within 3-5 business days of inspection approval, with funds appearing in your original payment method within 5-10 additional business days.

Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Rain Hats (due to specialized materials and hygiene reasons).
• Any item marked “Final Sale” or purchased during a promotional final sale event.
• Items not in original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items
